The Siux Diablo Pro 4 is the fourth Diablo generation, Tino Libaak's all-round teardrop. With 18K TeXtreme Carbon and HR Black EVA core, it delivers premium playing qualities in a versatile teardrop shape. Available on sale for considerably less than the €325 RRP.

The Siux Diablo Pro 4 weighs 355–375g, teardrop shape, medium balance. Profile 38mm. Face: 18K TeXtreme Carbon. Core: HR Black EVA (High Recovery). Frame: 3K Carbon.

Siux 2025 professional lineup:

ModelShapeBalanceControlPower
Diablo Pro 4TeardropMedium8/108/10
Electra ST4 ProDiamondHigh7/109/10
Gemini Pro 4RoundLow9/107/10

Diablo Pro 4 sits in the middle of the Siux line: more attacking than Gemini Pro, more developed in control than Electra.

Technologies:

  • TeXtreme 18K, ultralight carbon weave from Oxeon AB, higher fibre density than 3K/12K for a better stiffness-to-weight ratio
  • HR Black EVA (High Recovery), a core with high recovery speed between impacts; better energy transfer than standard EVA
  • Glossy Spin Surface, a glossy sprayed surface with a microscopic spin profile

TeXtreme 18K is the key feature. The 18.000-fibre bundle density gives sharper, more responsive feel than 3K carbon or standard fiberglass. Smash energy transfer is direct, with little frame flex and most energy going to the ball.

Sweet spot is rated 8/10, good for a teardrop. Medium balance helps: centre of gravity is not extremely high, keeping the effective contact area larger than diamond rackets even on low balls.

HR Black EVA (High Recovery) differs from standard EVA: higher recovery speed means the core springs back to its original shape faster after each impact. This translates to slightly faster, livelier response than soft EVA variants.

Manoeuvrability is rated 7/10. The broad 355–375g range means a 375g unit feels slower than a 355g unit. Check the actual weight label when buying.

Diablo Pro 4 has teardrop shape with medium balance, all-round versatility. Electra ST4 Pro is a higher-balance diamond, more power-focused. Choose Diablo for versatility; Electra for maximum attacking power.

TeXtreme is an ultralight carbon weave (from Oxeon AB) with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. 18K means 18.000 carbon fibres per bundle, a very fine weave with high uniformity and strength. It is used in aerospace. In padel, it provides precise feel with efficient energy transfer.

What will you notice on court?

What you will notice as a player

The racket helps in defense: a calm swing sends balls off the glass deep again.

A balanced racket that responds predictably in most situations.

Small timing errors show sooner: the ball leaves the face directly, so clean contact matters.

No pronounced weakness, but no single shot where the racket particularly stands out either.

Which shots are affected most?

SituationWhat will you notice?
DefensePlenty of help: the low balance and generous sweet spot return balls off the glass calmly and deep.
VolleyComfortable and stable; aiming is easy and you keep the ball low.
BandejaVery easy to control: the ball stays low and predictable, ideal for controlling the court.
ViboraVery explosive: plenty of speed and bite, a natural shot for this racket.
SmashEnough power, but you still need to put considerable effort into the swing.
BlockStable: the racket is ready in time and returns the ball with control.
Off-center ballReasonably forgiving: outside the sweet spot you lose some speed, while accuracy is largely maintained.
