The Bullpadel Neuron 02 2026 is the control teardrop in the 2026 Bullpadel range, with a PrismLock frame for consistent ball trajectories, dual-density MultiEVA for comfort, control 9 and defense 9.
The Bullpadel Neuron 02 2026 weighs 360–375g, with a teardrop shape and medium balance (265mm). Profile 38mm. Face: Xtend Carbon 3K. Core: Dual MultiEVA. Frame: Carbon.
Bullpadel control models for 2026:
| Model | Face | Core | Balance | Control |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Neuron 02 2026 | Xtend Carbon 3K | Dual MultiEVA | Medium 265mm | 9 |
| Vertex 05 Hybrid 2026 | 12K Xtend Carbon | Triple MultiEVA | Medium 268mm | 9 |
| Vertex 04 Motion 2025 | Xtend Carbon | Dual MultiEVA | Medium | 8 |
The Neuron range specifically targets control players, below the Vertex in the Bullpadel hierarchy but with a clearer control profile. The Vertex 05 Hybrid has more power; the Neuron 02 is more purely about control.
Technologies:
- Xtend Carbon 3K, Bullpadel's own 3K carbon formulation, softer than 12K for better feel
- Dual MultiEVA, two-layer, multi-density EVA core for both feel and stability
- Vib-Off System, vibration absorption in the grip
- Rough Surface Technology, textured face surface for increased spin potential
Control 9 and defense 9 are the primary scores. Xtend Carbon 3K is softer than 12K Xtend Carbon, giving more ball feel and more feedback about contact. This is exactly what control players need for delicate shots at the net and sliced defensive shots.
Dual MultiEVA in a control context: the soft outer layer communicates contact, while the harder inner layer provides structure on fast volleys. Its role differs from the Vertex 05 Hybrid, where the same construction leans more toward power.
Sweetspot is 8/10, large for a teardrop deliberately tuned for control. Medium balance (265mm) allows quick racket recovery after shots. This is a racket that forgives technical imperfections.
Power is 7/10. There is enough force for controlled attacks, but the Neuron 02 is not designed for explosive overheads. Players who start defensively but also want to attack when opportunities arise are better served by the Vertex 05 Hybrid.
Comfort is 8/10. Dual MultiEVA plus Xtend Carbon 3K (softer than 12K) makes this one of the more comfortable Bullpadel models.
The Neuron 02 puts control first (control 9, power 7). The Vertex 05 Hybrid is more versatile (control 9, power 9). If you mainly want to play through precision: Neuron 02. If you want both attack and defense: Vertex 05 Hybrid.
Yes. The Neuron 02 2026 is designed for players with some to extensive experience who prioritize control and defense. With control 9 and defense 9, the racket suits tactical, controlled play. For expert attackers focused on power, the Bullpadel Hack 04 2026 or Vertex 05 Hybrid 2026 are better alternatives.
Advantages
PrismLock frame reduces torsion on off-center impact for more consistent ball trajectories
Control 9 and defense 9 with comfort 8, ideal for players who build points through precision
TotalChannel aerodynamic channel for better swing speed despite the weight
Dual-density MultiEVA is more arm-friendly than standard hard EVA
Considerations
Xtend Carbon 3K is less premium than the 12K or 18K variants in the Vertex/Hack range
Power 7, not for players whose main weapon is an explosive smash
New 2026 model, limited external review coverage compared with the established Vertex range
What you will notice as a player
You place the ball very precisely; controlling rallies, playing cross-court and finding the corners feels predictable.
The racket helps in defense: a calm swing sends balls off the glass deep again.
The sweet spot offers forgiveness: slightly imperfect contact loses little accuracy.
Comfortable in long matches: the racket cushions contact well, with little feedback in your arm.
No pronounced weakness, but no single shot where the racket particularly stands out either.
Which shots are affected most?
| Situation | What will you notice? |
|---|---|
| Defense | Plenty of help: the low balance and generous sweet spot return balls off the glass calmly and deep. |
| Volley | Crisp and agile: aiming feels effortless and late adjustments remain possible. |
| Bandeja | Very easy to control: the ball stays low and predictable, ideal for controlling the court. |
| Vibora | It works, but speed and bite must mostly come from your own technique. |
| Smash | Enough power, but you still need to put considerable effort into the swing. |
| Block | Stable: the racket is ready in time and returns the ball with control. |
| Off-center ball | Forgiving: just outside the sweet spot you lose little and the ball stays on course. |
