The Head Coello Team 2026 is the most accessible entry-level model in Arturo Coello's 2026 line. Diamond shape, 3K carbon face, Power Foam core: attacking DNA at a €175 price far below the Coello Pro. Power is rated 8/10, sweet spot and forgiveness 8/10: notably accessible for a diamond attacking racket. Comfort scores 8/10 thanks to soft Power Foam, clearly more supple than the Pro's Red Power Foam. This also makes the model usable for players with some experience still developing technically. Defence scores 6/10: this is not a racket for defenders. If you want to explore Coello character without the Pro price, the Team is the logical starting point. Progress to the Coello Pro once you get the maximum from the 3K response.

The Head Coello Team 2026 weighs 360–370g, diamond shape, high balance (~270mm). Profile 38mm. Face: 3K Carbon. Core: Power Foam. Frame: Carbon + SpiralFibers. Price: ~€175.

Head Coello line 2026, three variants:

ModelCarbonCorePowerComfortPrice
Coello Pro 2026Hybrid Carbon (Graphene)Red Power Foam108~€270
Coello Motion 20263K CarbonPower Foam98~€199
Coello Team 20263K CarbonPower Foam88~€175

The Coello Team shares its 3K carbon face and Power Foam core with the Coello Motion, differing in slightly lower balance (270mm vs Motion's 272mm) and a more accessible price. For players with some experience, the Team is the logical entry into the Coello world.

Technologies:

  • 3K Carbon Face, an accessible carbon specification for consistent feel on all swings
  • Power Foam core, attacking EVA for power with playing comfort
  • SpiralFibers Technology, diagonal fibres for torsional stability
  • Coello Team design, Arturo Coello's attacking character at mid-range level

Power 8 and sweet spot 8 are the key scores of the Coello Team 2026. Compared with the Coello Motion (also power 8, sweet spot 8), the difference is minimal: slightly lower balance, lighter frame construction. Lower price (~€175 vs ~€199) is the practical advantage.

3K Carbon provides a softer feel than the Coello Pro's Hybrid Carbon with Graphene. For attackers with some experience, this is beneficial: more feel, more forgiveness on off-centre contact. The direct response of 16K carbon is absent, but this racket does not require it.

Power Foam is the same core as in the Coello Motion. Attacking EVA with enough energy return for overheads and bandejas. Comfort is rated 8/10, consistent across the Coello line, including Team level.

270mm balance is high. This provides overhead power but reduces manoeuvrability (8/10). For players used to teardrop models, this is a noticeable adjustment, diamonds require overhead positioning.

Forgiveness is rated 8/10. Combined with sweet spot 8, this makes the Coello Team the most forgiving attacking diamond in the Coello line. The Team label does not imply "for poor players" but for players still developing their attacking game.

The Pro has 16K carbon and Red Power Foam, harder, more explosive, €287+. The Team has 3K carbon and Power Foam, softer, more forgiving, €175. Players with some experience choose Team; experienced experts choose Pro.

Yes, 3K carbon and a medium sweet spot (8/10) make it usable for all-round play. The diamond shape remains attacking-oriented, but sweet spot 8 and comfort 8 provide enough tolerance for mixed play.

Advantages & considerations
